BRASH NEW COP MAKES WAVES AND ENEMIES; JOSH STEWART JOINS REGULAR CAST AND AIDAN QUINN GUEST-STARS -- Officer Davis (Coby Bell) has his hands full when assigned to a brash rookie cop (new series regular Josh Stewart, "Jekyll") whose father is the head of the NYPD's Internal Affairs -- which automatically makes him Officer Sullivan's (Skipp Sudduth) enemy due to old wounds. The newbie cop grows up fast when he helps a dying doctor complete her last will and testament. Elsewhere, Monroe (Nia Long) hates herself for cooperating in a police sting against a fellow officer; the abrasive Detective Cruz (Tia Texada) is kept on a short leash by the hard-nosed Lieutenant Miller (guest star Aidan Quinn, "Legends of the Fall") from Internal Affairs as they investigate a Chinese-American gang shooting, and Carlos (Anthony Ruivivar) believes he's been cursed by a crazy psychic. Cara Buono and Molly Price also star.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Last Will & Testament
Sorry so late, but hey, no new eppy this week. DARN YOU DUBBYA!
So new facts at the beginning of the episode:
Faith lives at 12 Simpson Street. Cruz likes to use excessive force. Faith's birthday is 4-22-62
Um, 1962? Faith is ten years older than Bosco? How is that possible? We found out in season four that Bosco is 32 or 33. I hate to beat the (dead) continuity horse, but if Faith had to drop out of college when she had Emily and Emily is sixteen, Faith would have been 26 when Emily was born. Hello? Think McFly! Faith was finishing her first year of college at 26?
Okay, sorry. Cruz's badge number and the number on the report don't match either. Picky, Kim, very picky.
Poor sad Faith sitting all alone. I'm so glad Sasha's trying to be there for her. Maybe Faith could make up a cheese tray for her. Or maybe some rat poison.
And how judgmental is Ms. Rat in role call! Geez, the dirty look she gave Ty when he looked over at her.
I'm glad we got an update on Bosco, but I really wish it were a little more detailed and a little more uplifting. Poor baby.
Sully: You gotta be kiddin' me.
Poor Sully. Now I happen to know what Sully's problem with Ty being partnered with little Brendan Finney, but the spoiler fairy has sworn me to secrecy. Dude, it's gonna be so cool! Check out the spoiler forum at Third Watch Dot Net for the inside scoop.
Little Finney has a Sean Penn look going for him. Looks hot in the uniform, but hey, who doesn't?
I really really really hate Fear Factor commercials.
How telling. The IAB Captain doesn't want his son riding with Monroe. Imagine that.
I LLLUUUUVVVVVVVV!!! Ty tossing Little Finney's patrol guide in the dumpster. *sigh* I'm so feeling the love. However, Ty, baby, you need to change the batteries in your bullshit detector. First you get sucked in by Ms. Rat, now Little Finney guilts you into letting him drive. Wrong, so very wrong.
CARLOS! I missed my sweet Carlos.
Carlos: I knew it had somethin' to do with sex.
*snicker* I've Really missed my Carlos. I think Carlos may be the supervisor. How odd is that?
Lt. Miller – dude. So hot. He doesn't even need the uniform. Cruz is so turned on by the way his mind works….yeah, right. She wants his mind. *snicker*
Can the psychic become a regular character? Please?
Carlos: You know what? I got your curse right here, lady.
I am sooo loving this. This is old school. This is one happy fangirl.
I would be happier if 55 Charlie and 55 David would go back to normal, but hey a girl can't have it all all the time.
Sully: C.T. Finney is scum. And anyone or anything that touches him is scum. If you gotta problem with that, I can drop you off back at the station.
Geez, Sully, tell us how you really feel. And Monroe, go eat some cheese. IAB isn't always a bad thing *goes off muttering bad words*
