6.15 - Revelations

Yay!  Tax season is over!  WooHoo!

And I AM going to get caught up on episode reviews - hopefully, in time for the *sob* final episode.

So for BobbyCaffey, who in spite of dying in season two, still checks this site every day and still has a
sense of humor, away we go...

Hey look!  It's a gun!  Uh, Bos, you keep your eyes open and your chances of hitting the target go up by a
factor of ten.  Oh no.  A flashback.  Please tell me we're not doing another PTSD storyline for Bosco
-again-.

So Cruz is sick.  And she doesn't want to fight it.  Crap.  Why doesn't she want to fight it?  I think it has to
do with what she said in the last episode about being alone.  No one called her on September 11 to see if
she was okay and she didn't call anybody.  Letting yourself die is the perfect way to make friends, right?

Poor Carlos missing Holly.  And Faith, wow, way to be condescending.  She's really good at that, you
know.  Perfect people can be condescending.

Uh oh.  He steers pretty good for a dead guy.  Uh oh times twelve - two dead guys cuddling in a casket.
Something tells me the old dead guy had no intention of starting a relationship with the young dead guy with
all the tattoos.  But that's just me.  Maybe this is what Cruz signed up for?  A hottie to spend the afterlife
with?

"Son of the Mask" looks almost as lame as the original "Mask".

Carlos is really doing a monster Sully impression.  I love Santiago.  Shippity ship ship ship.

Cruz:  Where's the driver.

Ty:  Right there.  He doesn't know anything

Cruz:  Of course he doesn't.

I love Cruz's sense of humor this episode.  I loved the musical chairs metaphor.  "When the music stopped,
you were left holding the dead gang banger." *snicker*

I could do without all the vomiting from Monroe.  Yuck.  Sully is such a gentleman letting Monroe stay in
the car while he goes to talk to Annie.  Wow!  Sully got xray eyes!  Well since Bosco was out of service, I
guess they had to spread around the super powers.  I bet Faith got the ability to leap tall buildings in a
single bound.

Wow again!  New York is really fulfilling their Equal Opportunity quota.  Jack McCoy must be the only
male ADA in the entire city.

Carlos:  Did you do this?

Sully:  Yeah, I did some kidney surgery on him.  What I need that lawsuit?

I love me some Sully.  I also love how Carlos and Grace just took off and left the guy laying on the
pavement.  Ah, even with a broken leg, that guy was feeling no pain so I guess it's not such a big deal.
You had to see something like this happening for Grace.  The speech to Brendan at the funeral about
crappy parents and the speech to Carlos about how people leave even when they do love you were so
obviously pointing to some family time for Grace.  Not that I'm complaining.  I'm all for character
development.

The hearse driver looks WWWAAAYYYYY familiar.  He looks like the pimp in season three and
Detective Ramone Venzuala in season four when the armored truck turned over.  Sully called him Dick
Tracy.  *snicker*  I don't know if it's the same guy, but it sure looks like him.  (the pimp and the detective
were the same actor)

Geez, Cruz.  First not getting treatment for her cancer and now walking up to gang bangers alone.  Suicidal
much?
